If you know me (or have at least been following my website since last October), you know this month is very triggering for me for several reasons. I am planning on doing my best on coping with some very personal and painful memories this month, so, if I don’t seem like myself – please don’t take it personally.
That being said, before the month begins, I’d like to give people access to links, resources, and posts from last year in case I don’t have the emotional capacity to do it in October.

This is a multi-faceted issue, and like most forms of abuse, it thrives in silence. I am not an expert, merely a survivor trying to bring awareness to an issue that has affected me.
Lately, I’ve been having C-PTSD related nightmares, so I’m not certain how much I’ll be around this month. Please take care of yourselves and know you are loved. I’ll do my best to keep up.
