Hey, Stargazers!
I know it’s been a while since I’ve updated as far as my writing goes or my life even, but I just wanted to give a quick update. As of December 17, 2022, I made a new home for myself and settled into things in the city of Independence, Missouri. I took a train and arrived in the city with a suitcase, a backpack, and a military-grade cargo bag. While adjusting to my new life and new city, my writing has gone on standby and I’ve been focusing on my mental health.
Finally, I feel things have stabilized and I can focus on my writing. I have several different projects in the works, but now, it’s a matter of focus. I want to settle down in my life – get my medications straightened out, find the right doctors, and start focusing on a career – so I can finish some of the projects I have started.
While my mental health has taken a detour, I think the road finally is smoothing out. Of course, there will be bumps along the way, but this journey is going exciting places. I hope you stay with me through it. I need to finish my first-ever series featuring a demon slayer, her stepsister, some evil bad guys, an incubus-lite with a good heart, and more. I also have a new novel planned, a different series, and a variety of poetry books. I’m not sure how long all these projects will take, but I hope y’all stick around throughout these all stories and poems.
