I was so excited to interview the poet EJ Kuhl tomorrow for my Poet Spotlight for Global Poetry Writing Month, but this week has really been overwhelming for me.

I’m just so emotionally exhausted. I expected the new friend on Friday to be a welcome relief from the stress of the week, but instead, it was nothing of the sort. I just feel ashamed I won’t have that interview in time. I hopefully will reconnect with EJ Kuhl this upcoming week, and we can reschedule.
